With over 30 years of progressive experience in the construction management field, Dennis brings a unique perspective that encompasses all elements of a project. Dennis has a reputation in the industry of being a “builder’s builder,” having earned the respect of his peers by working his way up as a blue-collar professional. Dennis’ strengths lie in constructability problem solving, budgetary control, leadership, and ensuring that all projects achieve the company’s strict quality standards. With his previous boots-on-the-ground experience and his current role as J-CM’s operational leader, Dennis brings the highest level of project delivery. He is known for managing turn-around projects with a 100% success rate. His accomplishments include many multimillion-dollar projects with full P&L responsibilities. He is versatile in his relationships with clients, vendors, partners, shareholders, and corporate boards of directors.

Casey’s strengths lie in strong working relationships with owners, architects, and engineers, resulting in successful projects across the board. He is responsible for full project management, including budget control, subcontractor negotiation, and providing day-to-day communication with the project team to ensure jobs remain on schedule and within budget. With over 20 years of experience overseeing all phases of multimillion-dollar construction projects, Casey’s versatility is evident in a wide range of product types, from infrastructure and design-build to industrial, retail, and education projects for both public- and private-sector clients. Other highlights of his work include site improvements, utility relocations, asbestos abatement, laboratory construction, and tenant improvement projects of both occupied and unoccupied spaces. Further, Casey has a broad background in construction contract negotiations including design-build, guaranteed maximum price (GMP), cost plus fixed fee, and hard bid.

With a broad range of experience in the A/E/C industry and related disciplines, including real estate and land-use industries, Violet has demonstrated progressive responsibility in positions ranging from executive/administrative assistant to project administrator/coordinator. She is a team player who is able to work equally with clients, public- or private-sector consultants, and the project team. She quickly identifies needs and organizes resources and objectives to ensure each project’s success. Her attention to detail is essential in maintaining documentation (reports, change orders, submittals, and RFIs), so the team has the most timely and accurate information at all times.
